What is your returns policy?

We are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns within 5 working days of receiving your order, given it is unworn/unused and in its original condition. If this is the case, please email us at info@tinytribekids.com after which you will need to return the items to us. We review each return individually before making a decision to refund.  Customised or personalised items can unfortunately not be exchanged or refunded.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Please note, that we do not refund to the card paid with. We can either do an EFT to your bank account, or load a credit onto our online shop for any future purchases. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then unfortunately no refund or return can be considered.

How long after I recieve my collection notification will I have to collect my order?

We will keep orders for 3 months from the date the collection notification was sent. After this, the items will be donated.

How will my order be shipped?

We courier door to door to all main centres in South Africa. For international orders and wholesale orders please contact us for a shipping quote. Alternatively you are welcome to collect in Sonstraal, Durbanville if you are close by.

How do I know whether I fall under a main centre or a rurall/outlying area?

Please contact us at info@tinytribekids.com if you are unsure. This map should give you an idea of areas that fall under main centres.


Do You Accept Payments?

We accept secure credit card payments through Payfast, as well as EFT payments. Banking details will be stated on your invoice once you place your order. If paying by credit card, your order will automatically be marked as paid on our side, and processing of your order will start. If selecting EFT payment, processing of your order will only start once proof of payment is received.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do - please contact us at info@tinytribekids.com for a shipping quote.

 How long it take for my order to be delivered?

For in stock items, shipping will take up to 10 working days (once payment has been received). For custom orders, or items that are out of stock, a lead time will be communicated to you as soon as your order is received.

What can I do when the items I want are out of stock?

If any items are not available in your required size or style, please contact us at orders@tinytribekids.com so that we can order the out of stock items for you. Lead time on ordered items will be 3-4 weeks.
