If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 5 working days from receipt of the goods, to give notice that you would like return your items. If 5 working days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging (where applicable). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For returns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Customised or personalised items can unfortunately not be exchanged or refunded.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Please note, that we do not refund to the card paid with. We can either do an EFT to your bank account, or load a credit onto our online shop for any future purchases.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then unfortunately no refund or return can be considered.
